“Learner’s Perspective- A Narrative by an Artist Extraordinaire” Mr. Boman Irani

Teachers’ primary presence is because of the presence of a learner and to know and comprehend the perspective of a learner. With this objective in mind, Chitkara College of Education in collaboration with Chitkara International School brings you an inspiring session titled ‘Learner’s Perspective- A Narrative by an Artist Extraordinaire’, the Guest Speaker of which is none other than Mr. Boman Irani, Indian Theatre & Film Actor, Voice Artist, Photographer whom we all have seen in popular movies namely Munna Bhai M.B.B.S., Jolly LLB, and the ever so famous 3 Idiots. For his awestruck performances, he has also been awarded Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor. We all have come across such teachers who have changed the way we think about ourselves, have believed in us and wanted us to be good human beings, and live a fulfilling life. To do that, our teachers, other than being teachers, sometimes become a parent, a friend, a counsellor and other times he/she has to be a pure entertainer. Teachers, indeed, wear a variety of hats when it comes to making students learn and understand the concepts and become great individuals. However, in doing all these teachers need to understand the thinking process of a learner. What he thinks, how he understands, what he expects from a teacher?
