CIS Hits 100% CBSE’s Grade 10 Results
The CBSE X results at CIS have once again demonstrated the school’s focus on nurturing academic brilliance and all-round development. Achieving a 100% pass rate, the students showcased an impressive blend of scholastic and co-scholastic achievements.
Topping the list is Tanmay Aggarwal with a remarkable 97%, whose accomplishments extend beyond academics as a state medallist in both basketball and chess, coupled with recognition in science and technology Olympiads. Equally outstanding are Jiyaa Gupta and Aahan Gupta, both scoring 96.4%. Jiyaa’s articulate expression and academic strength set her apart, while Aahan’s dual achievements in Olympiads and sports, along with his musical talent as a guitarist, highlight his versatility.
Madhav Mehta followed closely with 96.2%, demonstrating both academic diligence and athletic excellence as a state-level badminton player. Notable achievers Lovenoor Singh and Raabiya, scoring 95.4% each, brought a blend of discipline and creativity to the academic sphere. Lovenoor’s Gold Medal of Excellence in the International English Olympiad and Raabiya’s artistic flair exemplify the school’s commitment to fostering talent.
Further adding to the list of achievers, Siya Sharma and Mishthi Kaushik scored 95.2% each. Siya’s participation in the National Kala Utsav 2025, where her team secured third prize in Traditional Storytelling, highlighted her creative prowess.
At the Panchkula campus, Avni Sandhu led the way with 93%, excelling both as a scholar and as an orator and badminton player. Hardik Malik followed with 92%, standing out as a state-level chess champion and Olympiad achiever, reflecting the well-rounded approach to learning at CIS.
Academic Distinction in Grade 12
Chitkara International School’s commitment to academic rigour is evident in the Grade XII results, with 35% of students scoring above 80%. In the Commerce stream, Suriyaa K R topped with 95%, including a perfect score in Accountancy. An achiever on multiple fronts, Suriyaa is a chess state medallist and Head of the Eco Club, actively participating in platforms like Innoquest-2024 and NMIMS’s Business Pitching Competition.
Following closely are Vidhi Bansal with 92%, known for her calm intellect and involvement in the Harvard Leadership Programme, and Guiramrit Singh with 91%, who balanced academics with social service through NSS and showed sportsmanship in Gully-Cricket tournaments.
The Humanities stream witnessed stellar performances from Mahi and Gauri Baggan, both scoring 94%. Their academic journey was enriched by industry internships and global workshops, including those conducted by Deakin University. Vani, with 93%, demonstrated leadership through the Industry Immersion Programme and community outreach efforts.
In the Non-Medical stream, Anushka Sahrawat led with 88%, excelling in fencing as well, while Yashvi Kamboj scored 85%, celebrated for her communication skills and consistent academic efforts. The Medical stream topper, Manavjit Singh Saini, achieved 87.4%, having gained practical experience through an internship at Indus Mayo Hospital.
In the Arts stream, the creative brilliance of Divjot Kaur (79.8%), Pranjal Chaudhary Nayol (88%), and Shreyashi Bakshi (84.6%) stood out, as they each scored a perfect 100 in Painting, showcasing their exceptional artistic talents alongside academic achievements.
