Having a strong immune system has always been a key to good health and due to the present circumstances wherein the entire world is fighting against COVID 19, Good Immunity has become even more important. There are many ways to build immunity i.e. exercising, eating the right foods at the right times and in the right proportions, etc but one that stands out is, of course, eating immunity building foods. In light of the foregoing, the school will be hosting a seasoned chef for the culinary webinar titled “Think Immunity – Yummy Immunity Building Recipes”.

The session will be steered by Chef Sastri Bidaisee wherein he will be sharing delicious and delectable immunity building food recipes which students can easily make themselves at home. Chef Sastri Bidaisee is a practitioner of Culinary Arts for the past 6 years with a focus on gastronomy and nutrition. Chef Sastri was trained at Le Cordon Bleu the Royal Society for Public Health at London in the United Kingdom.

Chef Sastri’s kitchen experience includes Le Cordon Bleu, UK, Ministry of Crab, Sri Lanka and the University Club, Grenada. Chef Sastri’s academic culinary experience includes St. George’s University, Grenada, Kasetsart University, Thailand and Chitkara University, India.
